Our Consultation Process

Step 1

Book an appointment with us online to get started on your design journey.

Step 2

Begin your exciting journey at our modern studio located in Leichhardt, where our experienced team will assist you every step of the way.

Step 3

After discussing your preferences and requirements, we will create a detailed 3D realistic jewellery render for your approval. This will give you a clear vision of what to expect. The rendered design will be sent to you either onsite during your visit or conveniently via text message within three business days.

Step 4

On receiving your approval on the design, we will transition into the manufacturing phase. Our team of skilled artisans will then start transforming the design into a tangible jewellery, paying close attention to every detail that you’ve specified. All this happens within 1 to 4 weeks timeframe, ensuring no unnecessary delays.

Step 5

Once your order is complete, we will send you a notification via text message. You can then choose to pick it up from our studio or opt for our express mail service which will deliver your order straight to your doorstep.

Step 6

We are committed to providing a hassle-free and efficient service that ensures your satisfaction from beginning to end.
